Jobi Yeung, MA, MS

Jobi Yeung, MA, MS, is a second-year Ph.D. student in School Psychology at Northeastern University, where he also works as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Research in School-based Prevention of the Department of Applied Psychology. His research interests include behavioral assessment and intervention and the implementation science of behavioral intervention. His current project involves translation of a universal screener for behavior from English into Chinese and evaluation of the psychometric properties of the Chinese screener. He received his MA in Linguistics from the University of York in the UK and MA in Psychology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Before coming to the U.S., he taught both local Chinese students and ethnic minority students from South Asian countries in high schools in Hong Kong and worked as a research assistant for the Diversity and Well-Being Laboratory at Chinese University of Hong Kong.
