Thanh Phan is a doctoral candidate in the Clinical Psychology Program at William James College. Her primary passion, clinical, and research interests are in the areas of the stigma of mental health in the Asian population and effective cross-cultural treatment interventions. Through her passion, she had helped establish the first graduate-level Asian Mental Health Concentration in the nation, which is designed to promote students’ awareness and knowledge of the unique mental health inequalities in clinical practice, research and policy, and their impact on the psychosocial well-being of Asian communities in the United States.
