Connie K. Hur, EdM, is a graduate of the Human Development and Psychology program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She has been invovled with the CCCSEW as an organizer for the Let's Talk! Conference since 2019. As a Third Culture Kid who grew up across countries including Korea, China, Taiwan, and the United States, she is passionate about the development of cultural narratives and identity. She is currently incorporating her interests into a classroom full of 3rd graders as an educator at KIPP MA. Additionally, Connie is a Research Assistant at HGSE’s Adolescent Ethnic-Racial Identity Development (AERID) Lab and the X-Media Lab, where she examines ways in which accurate cultural and ethnic-racial representations can help foster stronger developmental and educational outcomes.
