Neha Sharma, DO, is a graduate of The New York College of Osteopathic Medicine of NYIT in 2007, and a graduate of the Rutgers University in 2003.  Dr. Sharma completed her residency in General Psychiatry at the Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School. She continued her fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Tufts Medical Center.  Dr. Sharma is currently Director of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Program at Tufts Medical center. She also directs Pediatric Mood and Anxiety Disorder Clinic and General Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Clinic.  At Tufts University School of Medicine, she is the Course Director for Introduction to Clinical Psychiatry. Her other clinical and research interests are cultural perspectives as they impact mental health stigma, presentation of psychopathology, and help-seeking behavior.  Her focus is also in anxiety disorders, gender identity disorders, family therapy, medical education, mentorship, and global mental health. She lives with her husband in Boston and enjoys traveling internationally at least once a year.
